Short Description:

The European Youth Card is a tool designed to enhance youth mobility, participation, and access to culture, education, and services across Europe. It is available to young people aged 12–30 and provides discounts and access to opportunities in over 30 countries, including the Western Balkans, Slovenia, and Croatia.

Geographical Scope:
More than 30 countries in Europe, including the entire Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia).

• Distribution of youth cards through national partners
• Discounts for transportation, culture, accommodation, learning, and volunteering
• Promotion of cross-border mobility and youth engagement
• Implementation of youth awareness campaigns and partnerships with EU institutions
