This programme aims to foster educational collaboration between Austria and countries in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. It focuses on enhancing the quality of education systems, promoting vocational training, and supporting the EU integration process through educational initiatives.

The programme operates in several countries, including: Albania; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Kosovo; Montenegro; North Macedonia; Serbia; Moldova; Ukraine.

  • Implementing projects in vocational education and training, focusing on quality development and cooperation between schools and businesses.
  • Organizing conferences and workshops to promote work-based learning and dual vocational training systems.
  • Collaborating with regional initiatives like the Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe (ERI SEE) to support educational policy development.
  • Establishing and supporting networks of educational institutions to facilitate exchange of experiences and best practices.

Implementing Organization:
The programme is managed by the OeAD – Austria’s Agency for Education and Internationalisation, on behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education.
