
Short Description:
Connecting Youth (CY) is a regional initiative of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) established in 2017 to promote youth cooperation, participation, employment, mobility, and civic engagement across the Western Balkans Six (WB6) countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. The platform bridges the gap between youth needs and regional development strategies, supporting EU integration and fostering youth-led societal change.
