ABOUT THE DIGIPATH WEB PLATFORM

About

The DigiPath Youth Platform is your gateway to information, opportunities, and resources for young people living, learning, and working in North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Designed for both youth and youth sector stakeholders — including youth organizations, youth workers, and decision-makers — the portal supports engagement, learning, and cross-border collaboration. This platform serves as a tool to shorten and sustain pathways to employment, support youth empowerment, and facilitate the co-creation of responsive projects tailored to the needs of young people.

About the project

The DigiPath project is a regional initiative providing young people and youth sector stakeholders across North Macedonia, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia with reliable information, opportunities, and resources for education, volunteering, work, and mobility.

DigiPath empowers young people and youth sector stakeholders by unlocking opportunities, fostering cross-border connections, and providing trusted information. The platform helps youth explore education, volunteering, and professional mobility while inspiring personal growth and regional collaboration. By aligning with the Erasmus+ framework, DigiPath supports education, training, youth participation, and European cooperation, helping young people reach their full potential.

By digitizing inter-sectoral and cross-border youth work in the Western Balkans (WB6), Croatia, and Slovenia, and linking it to education and the labour market, the DigiPath project aims to create a digital platform that connects young people who are distant from the labour market or experiencing long-term unemployment to information, resources, and personal and professional opportunities.
